Our pieces are limited. We endeavour to ensure that our products advertised on this website are current. However, in the unlikely situation of a product not being available we will contact you. Please note that all sales are final and cannot be cancelled once processed.



We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand. 

Delivery times (for all non made-to-order pieces)
Deliveries can arrive within 1-10 days from the date of the order, not including weekends or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified window. We use New Zealand Post Couriers.

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 working days for your shipping track and trace number to be received.

All risk of loss and damage to the goods passes on to you once we have dispatched your order.


Returns and Refunds

Please carefully consider your purchase (we are always more than happy to answer any questions concerning the piece you are interested in). Objects purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded once you have placed an order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you find a critical problem with your purchased product once you have received it, please contact us directly as soon as possible with an explanation of the issue. We will deal with such situations on a case-by-case basis and reach a solution in consultation with you.

We have done our best to accurately represent our pieces through the product images and descriptions featured on our website. However, please note that the piece you are purchasing is entirely unique. This means that the colour and grain of your piece my differ slightly from the product images seen. These variations are immanent to the material of wood and symbolic of its complexity and beauty. It is also important to note that each piece is entirely handcrafted and therefore bears the marks of the makers hand – these subtle irregularities and imperfections are immanent to the process of crafting objects by hand.

Custom Orders
We require payment in full before work commences on custom-orders / commissions and do not accept 'change of mind' refunds or exchanges. 


Sale Pieces
We do not offer refund or exchange on sale items.
